Please note that by making a booking with Ella, you agree to these following terms and conditions. It is the sole responsibility of the client who pays the security deposit to understand, agree and be responsible for adhering to these terms and conditions and make all necessary payments.
Booking
To make a booking, please enquire through the enquiry form below, through email or on Instagram/Facebook to see if I have availability for your date. Once a booking date and quote have been agreed, a 20% non-refundable security deposit is required to secure your specific date in advance to prevent other bookings taking precedence. Your date will only be reserved once the deposit has been paid.
Confirmation
Once the booking process is complete, a confirmation of your appointment date, time, and location will be sent to you at the time of booking via your chosen contact method. A final confirmation message will be sent 2 days prior to your appointment as a reminder.
It is your responsibility to confirm to ensure that your booking is not at risk of being cancelled.
Travel
To reach you at your home or venue, all travel will be calculated at 65p per mile. This will cover the distance travelled from my Wakefield postcode to the venue/address where you are located.
Any venue over 2 hours drive away will require you to book accommodation for the night before to ensure my arrival on time on the day.
Liability
You must disclose any known allergies or skin sensitivities at the point of booking or during your consultation. I am not liable for any allergic reactions that occur during the service.
Please notify me if you have a cold sore/contagious skin/an eye infection on the day to prevent the spread of these conditions. I reserve the right to not use certain products on clients with cold sores/contagious skin or eye infections - your own makeup products may be necessary in the event of this.
I will not be liable for any reactions to products used.
Cancellation
In the event of needing to cancel your booking, please contact me via your booking method. Unfortunately, your 20% security deposit will not be refunded upon cancellation due to refusing other bookings to secure your date.
I do not hold bookings for clients that have not paid their deposit.
In the rare event that I have to cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accidents, family emergencies or extreme weather conditions and cannot get to you, you will receive a full refund of your deposit and I will do my best to arrange for another artist to cover your booking from the point of my cancellation.
